It seems like I've done it again. Got stuck outside once more. The keys just vanished and now I'm completely clueless. This is so frustrating!

My phone was dead/nearly dead/about to die and my thoughts were racing faster than a rabbit/hare/squirrel on espresso. I felt utterly helpless/hopeless/devastated. This terrible/awful/horrible situation had me feeling like I'd been dropped into the arctic/transported to Siberia/sent to the moon.
